Who gets to be the arbiter of what constitutes a "blog"? Your question is inherently judgmental. I haven't seen any activity by the moderator of this group for years. It would be perfectly reasonable for you to start a new tribe with more specific standards for membership. Moderating tribes can be a lot of fun and pretty inspiring. Why not go for it? Then you'd have some place that you're sure will be more satisfying.
