I have been visited by the spam comment fairy and want to start instituting a word verification to all comment posters. I have my blog on Blogger.com. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm sure it is ridiculously simple, but after spending ten minutes looking all over my blogger dashboard, I still have no clue. If you send me an answer, please phrase it as if you were explaining this to a developmentally disabled 6-year old.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Mon, October 31, 2005 - 12:19 PMClick on Settings on your dashboard, then Comments.
Who can comment? Only Registered Users.
Show word verification for comments? Check YES.
That seemed to work for me. -

Re: Comment passwords
Mon, October 31, 2005 - 6:47 PMI have wanted to comment of a few Blogger blogs where comments were restricted to registered Blogger users. It almost discourages me from reading the blog. [Almost.]
The word verify thingy seems neat, tho. -
